Appointments & Awards
- On 9th May 2018 Ramadhan was appointed by the Law Society of Kenya to serve in the Public Interest, Legal Aid and Human Rights Committee.
- Ramadhan attended a Sports Law Masterclass on the 9th May 2019 at Nairobi, Kenya and has been representing various football players, pro bono on legal issues.
- On 10th December, 2019 at Laico Regency Hotel, Amnesty International and the Law Society of Kenya awarded Mr. Ramadhan with the prestigious Public Interest Litigation Jurist of the Year 2019 for his litigation work in Constitutional law and Human Rights.
- On 25th January 2020 Ramadhan was appointed by the Law Society of Kenya to the Law review committee on the Work Injury Benefits Act committee.
- Ramadhan is the current Vice President of the East Africa Law Society.
Work Experience
- Successfully prosecuted and defended election petitions at the chief magistrate courts, superior courts, and Appellate courts.
- Successfully prosecuted constitutional petitions at the high court and Court of appeal.
- Successfully prosecuted Judicial Review applications.
- Successfully defended a capital offense case and several other criminal cases.
- Handled several human rights law cases and including a petition where he represented a person living with disability.
- Representing top-tier companies and individuals at the Employment and Labour Relations Court, Environment and Land Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
- Drawing of documents pertaining to the county government law; bills and legal opinions.
- Consultancy in various areas of Law, Media Law, Communication and Broadcasting law, Employment Law, Constitutional Law, County Government Law, Environment and Land Law, Administrative Law, Law of Succession, Criminal Law and sports law.
- Involved in matters at the various tribunals in Kenya, these includes, the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal, the Co-operatives Tribunal, Rent Tribunal and the Business Premises Rent Tribunal.
